We took AirAsia as the fare is cheaper.
From s'ban KTM to Nilai. And from Nilai, we took a shutter bus to KLIA then to LCCT. The journey was long but njoyed it very much with Chris.

We stayed there for about 12 days, everyday eat, sleep and njoy the sarawak local food like kolo mee, laksa, char kueh, tomato mee, chicken porridge, kong piah. This trip was really fun as i get closer to my bf's family and tried all the famous unique cuisine.

hey, if you next time happen to go s'wak, must go try the kueh cap, and every type of food tat i mentioned, coz they are really different from here :)
看到了 Shirley 帶回來的照片, 所有的景物, 都讓我非常的懷念...
Kuching 的機場, 經過了好幾年的裝修, 已經愌然一新, 不愧為全馬來西亞第2豪華的機場, 其實對我們游子來說, 最重要的, 還是 Kuching 到處都可見的綠油油樹林, 還有那新鮮的空氣... 機場只不過是我們的驛站, 目送我們去遠方尋找理想, 迎接我們安然歸來...
還有一堆食物, 真的讓我食指大動!! 還記得當初來到西馬的時候, 叫了一碗雲吞面, 可是呈上來的卻是黑壓壓一片, 吃下去還感覺不出面的味道, 卻都是蠔油和醬油的味道, 我在西馬生活快5年了, 到了今時今日, 我還真的不敢領教西馬的面食, 真的好難吃... Kuching 的哥羅面, 真的名副其實的香!! 其實面的煮法相當簡單, 就是把面燙熟, 倒進碗里, 再撈些豬油(或者叉燒油), 加上幾片叉燒, 一些佐料(炸蔥等), 就可以上桌了... 不但快而且精簡, 很能表現華人的美食風格...
還有另外一道叫 'Char Kueh' 的, 在西馬就是所謂的 '蘿蔔糕', 唯一的不同, 就是可以有兩種味道, 一種炒甜的(像'蘿蔔糕'), 一種炒咸的(我的最愛)!! 在西馬我還曾特地的去叫賣'蘿蔔糕'的老闆炒咸的給我, 可是他們竟然告訴我'蘿蔔糕'是沒有咸的, 真的氣死我了!!!!
最後介紹兩個重量級的食物, 就是 'Kueh Chap' 和 'Gu Bak Mee (牛肉麵)'... 這兩種食物並不是所有人都可以接受, 理由很簡單, 因為真的很肥很肥.. 呵呵!!
'Kueh Chap' 是以豬肉為主, 佐料都是豬的各個部分, 而牛肉麵也都差不多, 都以牛肉為主, 可是這兩樣食物的湯頭, 卻是在西馬吃不到的... 如果想吃, 可是怕肥的話, 建議可以要求老闆放瘦肉而不放肥肉, 不但減低卡路里, 還可以享受美食... ^_^
這些照片對我來說都是回憶的點點滴滴, 不過如果有朋友要去 Kuching 的話, 千萬不要錯過這些美食阿... Kuching 万歲!!!! (^0^) V
