New experience for me and for him

Chris participated in 10km run in the Ambank International Marathon 2008. It was held yesterday at Dataran Merdeka... we woke up at 4 early morning in order to avoid jam, and other unforeseen circumstances... but who knows,...we arrived at KL at 6am! and it was a rush, since most of the road is closed for this event. we have been route to many roads but in vain to get there ~ luckily, we stopped and ask polis traffic for directions! Thank God, we managed to get there before 630, which which is the time for reporting!


It was my 1st time being in the marathon crowd... new experience for me

before the 10km run started, i was amazed by 2 of the Kenya guy who won the Marathon (dono their names :P), the 2 of them finished 42km at 2 hrs 15 min and 2 hrs 17 mins respectively... 42km man...from is further frm PD to Sbn... and they can jz made it in 2 hrs 17 mins



10 seconds to 7am, 10km participants were counting down and ready for the run. "Piii"... the queue started to move forward!

after an 30 mins, participants for 10km started to reach the finish point... and i was looking fwd to chris to arrive...waiting ~ waiting ~ the queue became longer and longer... still couldnt see him... i secretly prayed that he is safe to finished the journey, bcause his leg was hurt few days ago due to over-run.
finally ~ i saw him, thank God again, for his safe arrival... (can u see him? in red colour shirt)



after he has obtained his certification and took some refreshment... we left there and heading to Petaling street to look for his brother...
